Those Detmolds seemed to like foreshortening a lot. In the top picture it looks a bit weird, like the wolf in the foreground doesn't have a head.And isn't it curious that although they had no qualms about depicting Mowgli naked, they usually couldn't bring themselves to give him LONG HAIR???
